if i don't put DK points in attack or defence. Like if i reset and then i have all my stats at like 1, i get a DK and then i spend it on turns or intelligence or something will the enemies still get stronger even though i didn't?

As you get more dks, the enemies will get stronger.

So it is kind of your best interest to make your character stronger as well.

Jutsus should also help no matter how many turns oyu have

I'm pretty sure enemies get stronger based on your stats and not dks.

So if I put all my points in turns, and didn't increase my HP..I would be fighting the same level of enemies as acads?

No.
You'd be fighting enemies of your DK level, while your power was equal to that of an acad.

I actually think so, though their HP will be higher.

You'd have to ask Neji to be sure though.

I've been told that the enemy's stats are based on your own by another admin, while most people are saying that it's based on DKS.

Wouldn't be easy to get a good mount after resetting >_> Well i mean you'd have to be like jonin for a good one .-.
