Starting Dex too low?

I choose Mist which gives you the plus two dex. However I've noticed that because of that I only started out with 8 dex right away and get 2 from the buff to make 10 (spent one point on Dex already). Is this a glitch?

You did a kekkei genkai reset right before it? right?

I have narrowed that down to be the cause.

Not sure what you mean>>

When you reset you lose all HP and go back down to 10. I don't think there's a way to avoid that.

I didn't actually notice the bug until about blue genin when I made this topic, that is why I didn't report it til then .
And yes Neji this happened after I reset. Sorry if I answered a little late but I didn't notice this topic was still an issue.  :-?

@Tau: The Potion Merchant does come out even when you are an Academy Student.

Since I have a similar problem I don't want to open a new topic, however for me, str is too low. I noticed it when I had 4 oro kills already, however don't bite my head off please :) I added 2 points to str (for Katon and Hyouton), and because I'm leaf shinobi I have extra 2 str too. However instead of 14(12+2) it shows 12(10+2), which I don't quite like. Is there any chance I can get my 2 str back? Before you said petition ingame I did twice, 3 days ago, and yesterday, but doesn't seem anything is about to happen so I'm taking my chances here too.
