Um, does that "Blank is hostile towards blank" thing really mean anything anymore?
I mean, Rice is hostile towards Fire and Wind, but it looks like they will become allies in the war.

but it says the relation to konoha.And isnt konoha considered the capital city and not a part of fire in the game?
