me, ill like, blow the other stuff up and have the only weapon >>


anyways....

Country with highest amount of players = location site, most amount of people can make it

easy to get to city, with a large area to hold convention = spot for it

people who are within the country and bordering countries can make it easily, and if the city chosen is easily accesible because of a major air port, other countries can find a flight there
