first, you know what an IP Adress is right?

you can tell a person's adress from it....

therefore, neji takes all the IP adresses, puts them in, and it tells where in the world the players are, tells how many hits the site has gotten from that country, the amount of data going into the server, and out of it in relation to teh country, etc....

and I'm not sure what network was for o.O

I'm gonna assume and say that 50% of network is that everyone that accesses here is on a network and the other 4% is from the server or something? >.>

Sorta. Every computer has a unique IP address, so you can say it's a computers finger print.

basically....

You have an ISP (internet service provider) which supplies you with your internet, and that has an IP Adress

it allows a person to track it back to your computer, and if they get your information, they know everything about you....
