First of all UK and Germany are all European and share basicly all the same stuff that the other European countries have.

Second, US shouldnt have katanas or they would look like thier trying to make fun of Japan!

:smt099 And also you cant decifer the weapon strength of the enemy's weapon unless it was someone from your contry which would make you a TRAITOR if you attacked them

Let me break it down- If each village had different items and you attacked someone of a different village in pvp you couldnt figure out its strength because you dont have the same one in your own village,therefore making it dificult to know its strength,

I actually got that.... I can see what your saying.... That would hide your weapon strength from those of different countries... but that doesnt really matter as people basically attack people regardless of race.... or weapon strength in most cases

And also, what does it matter if you know your opponents weapon strengh or not? It's not like you can run if it's a lvl 15 weapon.  :lol:

Also they are to make you not seem as a ninja but a ninja from the Village Hidden in the Leaves,Sound,ect
