It would be cool for different weapons for different countries( Rice Field country Dosu's arm devise,Fire country Giant Kunai, Wind Country Tree Moon Fan, Water Country Gouzu and Meizu's Claw and Chain

well ninjas really dont use alot of weapons,i've only seen swords and kunai or shurikens.Because ninjas  really uses their justu as the weapon

Well.... If there is gonna be seperate weapons for the countries.... then you should ONLY be able to buy them in their designated country

How about setting up the same basic weaponry for every country and village first {with same or different names}? Then you create more unique and village unique or/and restricted items.

For example, you set up the 15 normal basic weapons and armour of
