I think you need to give account name, email, and a general time of deletion (within a couple months or so).

Petition in game. When i got my old account back i just gave him the name and it had my email adress on the petition already It was from like maybe 1-2 years ago so you should probaly have yours still there.

no. the email address in the char gets a notification it's done.

you could also try logging in 1-2 days later.

see if the warrior list holds your name, if not, petition again
if yes, you are there

I heavily presume the email in the char does not match your current email OR the provider blocks our mails (yahoo i.e.)
