Well, we do have a moon in the game & this sounds like a great event to make use of that moon

Actually, there _is_ such a werewolf installed he appears in the forest and can bite you and with a certain chance exactly this happens: you get a werewolf.

=) but not a terrorizing special like you mention, but something like this is up my sleeve.

The Night Wolfe quest can only be called upon on a full moon or a new moon

Great idea, i think we should make more use for the moon. also, maybe have certain events that take place in konoha gakure every _____ day. (in the underscore i meant "name of day". We always start off the day with "today is ____" but i never really care because it doesnt matter to me. no offense

Well also I was thinking that the Wolfe's Bite(After you kill him) Has a 50%-50% of either killing you or the following affect:
 Upon certain circumstances (like when Naruto got angry at Haku and went balistic with power)you will recieve an impressively large strength and defense bonuses,along with a strength bonus when you arent berserk. The down side of losing x amount of turns after usage (x meaning a certain number of turns).
