I think there should be a video contest for naruto AMV's. There will be 5 videos a month (first five put on) and people will be able to vote on there favorite video, you count who votes by there ip address to make sure people dont vote with alts. The winner gets 500 dp if there's a tie the dp is split and ect. They have to be "NARUTO" amv's, no other anime will be alowed. People will be alowed to use any video on youtube that they find but there cannot be more than 1 of the same video.
