Best kekkai genkai is Sharingan as it has mangekyou/amertarasu.

I say Rinnegan, apparently it does more than take over bodies, it has some tricks up it's sleeves.

Not only that but isn't is said it was because of THAT dojutsu that all the jutsu were made?

I hardly count Rin'negan as only one person has it and they didnt explain at all how he got it.
and Kaguya is totally the best.

True, yet there are majoy backfires. Such as the pain of bones slicing through your skin.

Though with that I also assume they have healing abilities, as they seem to have no marks after pulling bones out etc... kind of like wolferine
