Do you even know what you are saying? not everyone goes by just what the media tells us. Palin is stupid from what I've seen, I'm sorry btu she doesn't seem like a very good politition. In her debate against Biden she actually told the moderator that she was wasn't going to talk about the topic and just say her own thing. What kind of politition does that? It's a pretty stupid move in my opinion because you lose voters right there. As for McCain, I never liked him. He may try to act like he's nothing like Bush but deep down I think he'll be the same if not worse than Bush.

You misinterpret what I'm saying.. I don't support Palin, I think she has many fundamental flaws that need to be seriously addressed, I was simply responding to the previous post...

Obama has a lot of things that are overlooked by the media, and I don't mean those stupid comments on who Obama is or isn't... I'm talking about his actual legislative achievements (any?), his indecisiveness. His credentials are what, "community organizer" and senator for how many days now? Everyone's posting about how Mccain/Palin suck, but no one's giving any REAL arguements for pro-Obama points
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not pro-Mccain either, he's gots lots of things to worry about too, but I'm saying atleast consider them equally before judging...

In all likelihood, Obama IS going to win. Is anything really going to change? Probably not. His financial plans overshoot the budget, and like all politicians, most promises are empty.
Even if Mccain won, not much would change because many of the problems of the country right now, extend beyond the power of the presidency...

Smoking pot, is a bad choice, that a very high percentage of teens make. Also, if you look at it from a different view point, pot is smoked by so many people now, it isn't that bad of a thing anymore OVERALL, compared to all the other things people do.

Well, looking in current schools, the ignorant/stupid people always have the lowest grades.

Also, it's not lowering standards, I'm simply stating that people are doing much worse things than using marijuana, causing the level of it's "being wrong" to be lower than several other things.
