In the forest, you sometimes get kidnapped and then die wthout even doing anything
I fuly agree that you sometimes die
And i agree with losing xp
But gold, its not like you mean to die
Tell me how you feel aswell
Cause i lost 10000

Scavengers walk by and spot your gold pouch.
Use your imagination.
If loses something in the street/etc. and someone walks past that certain area, you would figure they'd pick it up.
It makes sense, even so, if one weren't allowed to lose their gold and keep it the next time they come back to life, then the economy would be off balance.

Take into consideration there ARE some events that allow you to keep gold.

hmm
maybe it could say something like this
As you lay dead on the floor, (which ever GM it is that killed you) spots your gold pouch hanging from a leather strap on you belt. He tries to rip it off of you but fails. Thid could be the purpose of the used leather. If you dont have any, you lose the gold. But if you have at leat 3 peices, you dont lose it cause it serves as like a strong attachment... :twisted:

What you did is called "Dicto Simpliciter"; it's a fallacy when an error of deductive reasoning in which the premise of the arguement is an unqualified generalization.
Example: "Everyone can do that."

By saying you cannot find a use you are saying no one can and there is no use for it.
Nonetheless, everything is there for a reason, like I said you need a broad imagination.

Maybe there should be events in the forest when you come across the gold one has lost in Death.

No, THAT'S stupid. That'd be completely messed up for the economy.
'Sides, we get enough gold in the forest anyhow, and there are dozen of other places one can go for gold.
