oh, I was thinking that it might just be something that entertains the player, or just serve as something to pass by.

So it is a special event thing. Not just something to see but doesn't do anything...

Seeing as it's not MUCH of a bigger spoiler, I'll tell you that, yes, it does do something.

But what honestly in the game does nothing?

It could be something negative, but it could turn out to be something that might really benefit you (sometimes very if you are that type of character).

A special event, yes. An unfolding story event, not that I can tell, so I'd say not so much.

But just give it a try anyways. You might like the outcome. (:

I, honestly, am the mad person that sometimes puts something in that does nothing
but only sometimes.

As there is sometimes confusion, I might document some things more - especially the jutsus and what they do.
However, it's a lot of work
