My plans are to make one "Elite Forest" where you can use these new abilities - however, my plans are to limit you to two KG in overall use.

How I interpret that, probably doesn't matter, but it sounds like you will be able to deactivate one KG for use for another, or that he will limit everyone to two and not allow the veterans to have three. I don't see anywhere where he said this new 'Elite Forest' was so everyone could use three KG.

I know...it sounds like Mei said the elite forest was so we could access the 3rd. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want us using 3, as we could pretty much rip anything apart with 3 at once.

Which partially contributes to the reason the Elite Forest is being created. o_o;
Even with the reborns you all currently have, you could rip anything apart. >.>

The MotD says that Neji plans to limit us to 2 KG but he didn't say how. What I mean is that we can only choose 2 KG, leaving all of the people with 6 resets without the option of getting the new ones, or limit us with 2 kg as just being able to activate  2 KG of the 3 in the "Elite Forest"
I hope that people with 6 resets can reborn again, I have waited a lot of time for this new Kekkei Genkai.

So, Jin is considering the possibility of us still being able to reborn, but only allow the utilization of 3 kekkei genkai at once.
I think it sounds just about right.

Well, learn how to place stat points correctly if you are so needy of chakra.
Though, yes, it is significant on what it can accomplish, it isn't always neccessary to utilize.

Well, learn how to place stat points correctly if you are so needy of chakra.
Though, yes, it is significant on what it can accomplish, it isn't always neccessary to utilize.

If you look at everything else that is in the game, very few things are "forced" onto us. The only thing I can think of actually, are some events that are "UGHHHH" events.

I would be highly surprised if this was forced onto us. I repeat from an earlier post;
Slumbering isn't forced onto Academy Students, and Thrillseeking isn't forced onto Kages.

Well, I am torn between:

a) limit KG to 2 in general - which means you have to select (somewhere) which ones are active currently

b) give out more KG, but say, you can only activate the "Elite KG" (Mokuton) in the Elite Forest (where you will need it...)

I think it's Hyouton..I mean, we already reworked the specialty.
