Yes, I know there are only suppose to be 7 swordsmen of the Mist. Anyway...

Race Restriction: Mist Ninja
Rank Restriction: Genin (3 Oro kills)
Here's the catch as usual: You will lose your weapon (and the custom name) if you change your race.
So what's so great about this: You get to name your weapon for free. You don't need to buy a weapon. Your weapon's attack can go up to 16 and it has a specialty.
Note: I have no idea how to code this. But it should be something similar to the Shikai thingy that Neji has coded for LOB.

About being a Swordsmen of the Mist
1) You get a custom weapon which you can strengthen at the training grounds.

2) Your weapon gives you a special ability or attack. But using it will cause your weapon's attack to go down. You may not use it if your wepon's attack is 0 (max is 16).

Also, I'd like to note that not all Sand shinobi use puppets. Nor do all Sound shinobi use an air vent/melody arm. Some people prefer to use fire, or earth. Maybe even wind. My point is, that it seems  like you're limiting people's role-playing.

The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist (霧の忍刀七人衆, Kiri no Shinobigatana Nananin Shū) is an organization consisting of only the greatest blade-wielding shinobi of their generation that Kirigakure can produce. There can only be seven members at a time, hence the name. Four members are currently known, although the third, Raiga, only appeared in the anime.

They are like the Akatsuki. They have many members, but only 10 of the strongest are given the rings. The rest are just underlings.

Same issue here, The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist are the 7 strongest swordsmen in Kirigakure. In other words, there are other swordsmen in Kirigakure. What I am offering is "a swordsmen of Kirigakure" not "The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist".

Those who roleplay The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist will not be affected. Since they claim to be the strongest 7, and not just any Kirigakure swordsmen.

In my opinion, Suigetsu is a swordsmen of the Mist, not one of The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. He was trained, but wasn't given a sword and a title like Zabuza & Kisame (the demon & the monster of the mist).

I don't know how Seven Swordsmen of the Mist would work with Hyuuga, Kaguya, and Lotus considering they use 'Fists'.
