Kumogakure no Sato

Alright, this village has been requested numerous times by many different people. The main reason it was turned down was because it's lack of play-time in Naruto.
Now i believe there is more than enough to have Kumogakure become a village in Shinobi Legends.
If it's descriptions you need, i will do my best to provide them.

Well, if you want to make one, then come up with a basic outline for what it would have there. Besides the basics (forest, ninja academy, armor, etc.), what "special" shops or some location-specific benefit would you put there?

Killer Bee's Rap Station (Where people could post their raps, possibly have admins pick their favorite one every week and the person with the best rap receives gold)
Akatsuki (Debatable to have here)
Kumo's Vista (Throw a gem, similiar to Kiri's Ocean thingy)
Administrative Building:
The Gardens
Clan Halls
Beggar's Lane
Island Getaway (Lose 1 pvp, 2 ff)

How good so far?

That seems pretty cool. Maybe as a "unique" place also, you could have something like...

Karui's Smithy - You can have her work on your weapon to make it have a +1 attack. It'll cost 5 gems and 10,000 gold, goes away after Orochimaru kill, and can only be done once per Oro kill (to prevent abuse by sitters). It's basically like the augment your weapon event. It'll have 3 outcomes: 85% chance succeeding, 10% of doing nothing, 5% of having a negative (-1 attack).

Karui is one of the members of Team Samui and is a student of Killer Bee. She's also a swords specialist and a lot of her techniques use a sword, so I thought that she'd be the Kumo-specific person to use as the head of the shop.

Good thinking. I just feel like this village has to be done.

Hopefully Neji will agree if i offer to make descriptions and stuff.

Looks awesome to me. You're really putting alot of effort into this. Hopefully it will be integrated.

Well... as you said, heaps have asked for it before, each have been denied, hence Neji might not even bother to look.
But I don't think if Kumogakure were put in, it should be as simple as pick and get. Need to unlock the race or something, make it special!

Nah. I don't think so. I think it should be implemented and free for anyone to join. I still have no idea why Iwagakure needs to be unlocked. It's not like it was hiding in the anime. Neither was Kumogakure. If anything, the Sound village should be locked.

The sound village doesn't need to be locked because when you start off you have two good villages and two evil villages to choose from. (I think)
Good being: Leaf and Sand
Bad Being: Mist and Sound.

Making everything available to everyone would ruin the point of playing the game. Iwa is locked because it's a reward to reach it, as is Hoshi. Kumo would be have to be a secret area, or there'd have to be country buffs and the like.

On the other hand, the idea isn't that bad. There should just be at least two unique shops, as most everything looks like a copy of other buildings (Vista = Ocean, Island Getaway = Heidi's Place). I also think that placing the augmented weapon event in a country would detract from its specialness, but if the village itself is hidden, then it'd work.

I would love the rap station, though. <<

Haha, glad you like it. But i would like to find a way to have your village location read Kumogakure. Like what i mean is in your bio it will have the Kumo signal.
