Clan halls in Hoshi

I don't get stuck here every often, but you know it would be a good idea if we could at least get the clan halls option up in Hoshi, since I check in a lot on the clans i'm in...

I believe Hoshi is meant not to have clan halls. There was a bug awhile back where you could, but Neji fixed it when he found out I believe.
