This hereby turns the tides on people declaring that just because they have sharingan or eternal mangekyou sharingan they can perform techniques because Madara can. I don't have to point out the obvious of what this issue means....

Dang, I forgot to post it when I read it last night.

Anyway, interesting, yet slightly disappointing, mainly cause it means those idiots at Saiyan Island were right...ish...

I'm still not sold that Tobi isn't Madara... if I remember correctly Naruto thinks, "It's him." And he has meet Tobi before so... maybe Tobi is somehow still Madara?

That or I think he is the brother, which also could makes sense.
