No idea, ask around. My schools main office is open all year so no idea on where else you can get one. The should be a place somewhere in the local town where you can get one. Just ask a local business, they might have some there.

And let me fix something. You get the resume from the job, you need a work permit which can be obtained at your school to actually work if you're under 18.

     Two : I learned how to make a resume from my mom, but you can usually just ask a few teachers, mostly your ELA teachers, and they'll tell you.

Yondaime, there is about 70% of the population in the game that are 10 - 17. I hardly EVER find people older. Unless you're Baluski or Neji.
