Most of you are familiar with Bocc's pirated six path rinnegan and the pros and cons. I stand somewhere between, I agree with most of the arguments situated on each side.

This has gotten more complaints than anything in the history of Shinobi Legends, be it Tobi intangibility, instantaneous replacements, magic clones, etc. It is more than clear that something like that should be dealt with, and when I say dealt with I mean treated in the same manner. At this point it doesn't matter who is right and who is not. If doton was protested in regards to by 99% of SL it was to be voided. I mean more than enough people pestered me about hot it should be illegitimate etc. for me to realize this is turning in to a grave issue of sorts.

The main purpose of this post was for me to make my standing point known.

Proposition: Kamui (technique) becomes a 'formal' MS-technique, and any speculated relation(s) it has to Jikuukan Ido should be disregarded until the manga proves otherwise, of which I believe should also become a 'formal' MS-technique (although usage of it may be negotiated by both the user and the party/ies to engage in RP involving well, it).
My Reason: Too many times have I seen MS-possessing character claim Kamui (technique) as an un-slotted MS-technique, and can hence be used as a second (in the case of a single-eye implant), three (in the case where a fusion hasn't been claimed (i.e. Susanoo; unlikely case) or fourth MS-related technique. Many appear to be claiming it because on Narutopedia it is stated that "If one spends a lot of time and trains one's chakra over and over again, this technique can be invoked", although relatively similar circumstances apply to both Hachimon and Sage Mode, of which already possess resets on-site. The fact that there are practically no restrictions being applied to the claiming of Kamui (technique) saved for Narutopedia's reasoning literally led to 10+ people claiming it with little to no repercussions to the quantity of MS-derived techniques already in their possession. Now, if we're well and truly claiming that "If one spends a lot of time and trains one's chakra over and over again, this technique can be invoked", then why even bother requiring a MS in the first place, it isn't mentioned there at all!
All I'm really after is a prevention to the abuse of this detrimentally-convenient technique, is all right now.

I disregard such mainly due to it being clearly stated as not only accessible to all Uchiha but pretty much the only learnable MS technique.

The fact that Kakashi possesses the MS (an implant, this fact alone applies to 1/3 of Kamui-claimers), yet has only ever been seen using Kamui is somewhat supportive of this proposition.

The same practically goes for just about every non-KG/KT-related technique in existence. The data books 'state', yet the series has revealed nothing of the sort. I suppose if Tobi used it (Maybe he used it on Kakashi's Kamui in the most recent chapter? Unlikely.), then all doubts would be clarified (Perhaps), But why hasn't Sasuke used it? Nor Itachi? Nor Madara? Kakashi trained to use it, how on earth he even awakened the MS remains a mystery to us, perhaps by 'training' it means awakening an implanted Sharingan? Who knows anymore (Only Kishi the Troll, of course)...

The data books are about as relevant as cannon due to the sheer fact that they are wrote by the creator of the manga.

Cannon and the alike, in my view, should not be messed with unless there is a dire necessity to do such. Such is the case of Edo tensei, they feel no pain, reform even if disintegrated, have infinite chakras, and in order to bring back me, Raifudo, and Zenaku from the dead, all you require is a fragment of our DNA and to wonder over a crop field and kidnap 3 peasants to sacrifice for our resurrection. Pretty god-modish or at the very least unfair, this is why it was leveled down by both Pete and Kamui. How Bocc will go about it and how people will see it if he defeats Kamui and re-becomes the titular, this time legitimately we have yet to see, however, it's probably going to rise up some issues of sorts.

Apparently Bocc can't learn Edo Tensei, or can't 'complete' it, with the scroll that now lies in Shadow's possession. So here's my hypothesis: Bocc starts ranting in this thread, SL or the FB group about how he should be able to use it by bringing in illegitimate-Rinnegan-related-Human-Path-stuff or some other reason(s) that'll obviously spark some sort of argument between himself and one, then two, then four, then who-knows-anymore people. These genres of threads, per say, tend to become cliched in that sense.
