Could the Kyoudaigumo Summon have access to the Gambling Hall and Baa-Saan's shop in the forest?

I noticed that the frog summons, Katsuya and Pakkun have that ability, why not this summon and maybe others too.

Please add this.

That's like asking why not give all mounts infinite rounds like Kyuubi, no? If you want a mount that can take you to Baa-chan's then get a mount that can do that.
