At least he finally explained the whole Rin situation. Oddly enough there had been predictions earlier in the year about Rin that were pretty close to the scenario given. And finally the root of the problem is presented once again: "the ideology" of their ninja world.

Either Obito just went full Zetsu with his body, or it's just an illusion to help convey his reasoning. But at least we're seeing some slow progress on the battle. Naruto is pretty much out of chakra, and the Juubi continues to evolve.

All the while as the Hokage take their time to get there. Guess they forgot about the current Kage...

or this could all be taking place as that discussion is going on.

Well, the current Kage are handicapped. Particularly Tsunade, who lost her lower body during her battle against Madara. So I don't see why they should make yet, another appearance during Naruto and Co's fight against Madara, Obito and the Ten-Tails. Not now, but later yes.
