Welcome to the club.  In the end this is all pointless to begin with, either one side is going to have to concede to the other. Or one side is just going to do it's own thing and ignore the other and enrage the other side.

People need to learn they can't control everyone and let shit happen without causing more shit.

Yujo's act was not fair. Then what? You strip it from him? He'll get his new account and go right back after it.

That whole thing has been taken care of for a long time. I'm alive as recognized by the person who killed me. Doesn't that kind of go along with the whole, death in RP is optional? Regardless. I had a way to stay alive that my opponent okayed before the fight started.

Yujo doesn't care. He thinks he gets to dictate in RP that he was never involved in, what's legit and what isn't. The response I got in explaining what happened was basically, "Its void because I say so. Ignoring you, now fuck off."

Just for the record I sold my account "as is" I didn't auction off the SSM swords and seat. Back on subject; there's somewhat very little we can do for one reason only. Even if we say he can't sell the account w/ bijuu; there's nothing stopping him from giving the bijuu to the prospective buyer's main account then selling the account. The only issue I DO have is that he should follow through with his challenge first if he has one.

I actually told him I was going to challenge him on the 27th of last month, told him to be ready for a challenge in two weeks.

I believe it is 2 weeks with no notice and then they can be stripped of the bijuu, as in 2 weeks without telling you why they cannot fight. "I am selling my character." is in fact a reason, a judge would need to decide if it was a viable one.
