Title says it all. Going to keep this simple and sweet. A list of banned techs in order to make rp more 'fair'.

If any of you think that people who agree with this are trying to be God then you're right. Someone has to do about this OP rp that everyone is complaining about.

I feel like this goes against what we are trying to do right now. I don't like the idea of banning jutsu because they are strong. I'd be happy to work with anyone on any jutsu to help think of rules to make them more fair.

That's where the issue comes in. Some people don't want to have restrictions put on a jutsu they use. Seeing as how making rules for a jutsu takes damn near forever. (Example Edo) Banning would be easier.

I'm rather upset that, "I'm too lazy to do anything else." is your logic here. Most of the strongest jutsu are already claimed and I don't think we'd have to make rules for all of them.

I'm not lazy. I'm just going over another option. All of the other options that were tried have been met with opposition and were discarded. Probably like this one will be, but we really do need to figure out a way how to control rp more.

We don't really need to change much, 2/3 of the jutsu you mentioned are already highly limited. I think we just need to give up on controlling mass spread techniques like raiton no yoroi though.

Then we can make it limited, put the 100 people that use it on the list and you can start killing them off. There is really nothing to be done, short of banning it like you suggest, which I just don't agree with.

Back to the battle royal idea. Those really are the only two options I see with a tech like this that is OP and everyone claims.

Have someone go kill them off or make it to where no one can use it.

In all honesty the limited jutsu list is an idea secondary in importance to me to removing the claimed jutsu almost entirely. Right now I think we could delete the claimed technique list on the wiki and make another page called limited jutsu and have these on it, with their current users based on what is claimed already.

Under the premise that only the Sage could use it (generally just claimed it so nobody could abuse it or anything; a somewhat-ridiculous reason given there's been little light shed on what it can do, though obviously nothing short of mass dissatisfaction, especially if Sage-Obito uses it now). 

I did (though) state (as replies to a few PM's) a considerable while back I'd remove it from the list if Obito or Madara could use it.

But anyway, if it's going to wind up on a use-prohibiting list, then good riddance to it.

I think this list should be a much much much much much much longer one if made..... I mean right no it is just punishing a few people who have a few jutsu..... I say lets just void everything that is Shippuden.
