Is this allowed? I have had a few people tell me you can use it at 4 resets in Uchiha, one of them may be the Kage of a village too. >>

The mountain cutting one of Madara?

Last time I checked that was off-limits because of how OP it is, but considering the recent developments, consensus may have changed without notification.

I would say it is allowed up into the extent Sasuke was using it in the last few previous chapters.

Stabilizing the chakra into making that giant crazy thing shouldn't be allowed unless the two people fighting agree that it can be.

Sasuke was using the final form, he was not using the Perfect form at all (neither stabilized or unstabilized)

Perfect form? I thought it went rib cage, incomplete, complete, final unstabilized, & final stabilized.

I would suggest to allow everything but final stabilized and up to complete alloed to be used with legs.

Uchiha Madara himself only demonstrated this mastery of going another stage past Susano'o final (not stabilized) form and to this date in all honestly, I haven't actually seen this action performed in RP.
So should it be allowed? Well...

I think this has the same issue as the Meteorite Technique. It can be used, but not many have actually displayed or used it much at all. There's also the fact that a Senjutsu-fueled Wood Human Technique can take on Perfect Susanoo, and could probably drain and disable it with it's Wood Dragon. Though it's second appearance had made it look substantially smaller than it's first against the Five Kage.

But I think actually being able to use it would require EMS + 4 Uchiha resets + some extensive training and usage of Susanoo + a healthy supply of chakra to be able to keep it up.

Didn't Sasuke materialize a Perfect Susano'o a chapter or two ago?
Pretty much explains something right there.

It was with the stabilized chakra though was it?

I'm pretty sure it was, in order to combine with the Kyuubi like that.
I think of it like a mini-Perfect Susano'o, what Orochimaru said about Sasuke surpassing Madara might be true.

It's pretty much confirmed to be a Perfect Susanoo that is over-layed Kurama.

I just didn't think it was the stabilized version of the last form when on the nine tails. We doesn't Kishinev make these things more clear?
