Does Raiton affect those under Edo Tensei? I mean, they are basically a corpse covered in ashes. They don't feel pain, yes, but does lightning have the ability to paralyze whatever powers the body to function? Or can it burn or even break apart the ashes, regardless of how weak it is?

Edo zombies as stated in the show can only be sealed.

Edo Tensei bodies behave the same as normal ones, so I'd say yes they would still be stunned by Raiton. Just like I was when I was fighting Trev.
