Actually people reply here to threads to do it publicly all the time shadow. and if you will read, dart has her on ignore.

I barely know how to edit things either the forum, how in the heck do you think I know how to block only her? I just chose the "Admin Only" in the settings options for messaging. I was tired of the e-mails interrupting my real life.

To what end? Biju challenges are, to an extent, made public all the time. Who challenges who and a challenge list are a part of that. In this case, due to Kayenta's warning in the previous thread that got locked, it makes obvious sense to publicly challenge, and have the reasons for denial or acceptance made public. For the record.
