Bingo Book Entry: Global
Name: Eric Nara
Race: Human
Affiliations: The Akatsuki, Konohagakure, Otogakure, Iwagakure
Crimes: Defection from Konoha, and taking Leaf property with him. Joined the criminal organization The Akatsuki.
Threat Assessment Level: A-rank
Brief Description: Eric Nara was last seen with spiky black hair. He has several scars on his face from previous wars, a goatee of the same color as his hair, and a grey-ish chakra aura. His Leaf attire, which he may still possess, consists of a deerskin jacket, leaf flak jacket (dark green), blue leaf pants, standard leaf sandals of the blue or grey variety, and potentially a leaf headband tied around his arm, likely slashed out. He is somewhat muscular, and is neither lanky nor beefed.
Known Abilities: Renown shadow imitation master, having completely re-invented the way shadow imitation may be used. He is known to have skill in wind release, fire release, and Yin release. Additionally, he can often be spotted with a large wind dragon of the female sort, and the cooperation between the two in battle is not to be taken lightly. If seen with this dragon outside of battle, threat assessment immediately rises one rank, as the dragon may stay indefinitely in the fight and is highly dangerous.
Reflexes and speed are standard for the realm, but not on par with that of the Fourth Hokage and others such renown for their speed. Physical strength considered average, eye sight not augmented by dojutsu, hearing average, smell only a touch above average, and chakra sensory is non-existent.
Known Whereabouts: The Akatsuki was reportedly spotted operating in Iwagakure.
Suggested Approach options: Avoid forest and similar areas at all costs. Areas with lots of shadow cover are his prized locations. Find open areas with minimal cover. Fire release is useful for dealing both with Futon and shadow imitation, but may backfire if he and his dragon companion performed a stronger wind release technique, so use with caution.
The man is known to retreat and/or flee from a disadvantageous fight, so if approaching with great numbers, take that into account.

Name: Eric "Drago" Nara
Race: Human/Dragon
Affiliations: The Akatsuki, Konohagakure, Otogakure, Iwagakure
Crimes: Defection from Konoha, and taking Leaf property with him. Joined the criminal organization The Akatsuki.
Threat Assessment Level: S-rank
Brief Description: Eric Nara was last seen with spiky black hair. He has several scars on his face from previous wars, a goatee of the same color as his hair, and a grey-ish chakra aura. His Leaf attire, which he may still possess, consists of a deerskin jacket, leaf flak jacket (dark green), blue leaf pants, standard leaf sandals of the blue or grey variety, and potentially a leaf headband tied around his arm, likely slashed out. He is somewhat muscular, and is neither lanky nor beefed.
Personality: Eric is a shinobi of a sort of honor, and is not considered dangerous to approach peacefully. However, he is very quick to suspicion and aggression if threatened, especially if directed at his dragon companion. Dislikes Uchiha and Mist shinobi in general, Shadowfire being an exception of the latter and Rares an exception of the former. Family oriented, so unlikely to take the life of a Nara clan member without hesitation.
Known Abilities: Shadow imitation is his primary weapon in battle. Wind, Fire, Earth, and other jutsu are secondary, and only used when shadow imitation is unavailable. Is a known sage, and may even possess a sort of sage transformation, albeit, he could just be a half dragon like the Sand report. Sage mode and his dragon form seem related, but his speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance increase considerably in these forms.
He can detect presences with his shadow, bind, restrain, teleport; the man has taken shadow imitation to a whole new level, and has literally imitated almost every known type of technique from Konoha and even abroad. As a result, his shadow imitation is very versatile, meaning that less skilled shadow imitators are better off not using their shadow imitation against him, even if they are superior in physical strength.
With his companion Rita, he is furthermore dangerous, as she is capable of performing a myrad of genjutsu. She is also skilled in using fire release and wind release, making her a compliment of sorts to Eric. The two have been together since the War if not longer, and so by now are likely incredibly close, and possess similar chakra signatures (even moreso since they are not entirely different species). Eric will attempt to protect Rita in battle and vice versa, and their cooperation jutsu are incredibly powerful. Rita can also perform shadow imitation.
Eric can also summon a dragon named Pyro. He has the scorch release ability and great physical strength. Though a more belligerent relationship, the two are still very compatible, scorch release capable of increasing and manipulating the lighting of an area very rapidly.
Whereabouts: Kirk reported seeing him in Iwagakure, though Eric prior to defection was a frequent visitor to Sunagakure as well. He is unlikely to return to Konoha, but in the occasion that he does, his signature can very easily be picked up on by gate security.
Suggested Approach Options: If all three (Rita, Pyro, and Eric) are present on the battlefield at once, priority will be to defeat Pyro, then Rita, and then save Eric for last. Either that, or prioritize taking down Eric (albeit, this will be tricky if both of his mounts are still around to aide him, but it will also be less resource intensive if done properly).
Pyro should be able to be defeated or even controlled with genjutsu, as he is still a very wild dragon, and has not been in human company for nearly as long as his female counterpart. Rita can also be subdued with genjutsu, but the genjutsu must be significantly stronger. Due to their large size, both dragons should not be particularly difficult targets to hit with a volley of fast moving projectiles.
As for Eric himself, lightning release armor and fire release in conjuction are his achille's heel. He can be defeated by extreme speed (while not exposing one's shadow to him) and a nullification of his preferred counter, the beast tearing claw armor. Revealing or hinting at lightning release will increase the chance of the man fleeing from the encounter, especially lightning release armor.
If neither are an option, engage him with a combination of persistent genjutsu and fuinjutsu. Eric is a team-oriented character, so the more allies (and the more varied the allies) that he possesses, the more dangerous he as an asset becomes. Do not permit him time for planning and preparation if you want an easier fight.
