I saw that dart was listed as the owner of the cat on the wiki. And I guess whoever ends up getting Bocch, gets the 9? You know 'cuz in rp all the transferring would make sense.

I gave the 4 tails to Ichirou and the 2 tails to Dart though from what I here Kiri plans to find another host for it before long. Yes the one who purchases my account will also be given the 9 tails. As of right now it is still on Bocchiere but that will change in a weeks time.

This is correct. Should be finding out who the host of the Nibi is here shortly. Just waiting for a few more votes in the Kiri council.
