His perma-ban was removed some time ago apparently. He was active a year ago before he sold all his accounts and left the site. Now he's returned after buying Zabuza's account.

This was just a heads up. Do what you will with it.

When your perma ban can be removed, it was never perma to begin with.

I'll fill you guys in on the whole ban situation.

Once an account is perma banned you can no longer use it. Neji will NOT un-ban it.

Bocc's account was perma banned and then he returned later with a new account. (I think it also affects the IP address of the user too)

I was perma banned way back in the day for advertising and yet here I am. I've asked him and he will not remove the ban. He'll revive the account, but that's it.


So I and Bocc are still perma banned on old accounts.
