Does a Host Inherit the Challenger List? (Vote)

This seems to be pretty clear cut so I thought I'd bring it to vote. Does the new host of a bijuu inherit the old hosts challenger list, yes or no? Are there any variables to consider?

I simply vote yes.

I have always taken it upon myself to inherit any challenge list that may come along with a bijū. So I vote yes.
