How do we know when we're done?

Okay, so this Board hasn't seen too much activity as of late. Blame the holidays or whatever, but do we have any idea on how to recognize when we're "done" with this matter and can publish it for all the realm to see? I know we're not done yet, but it is something that came to mind (and to remind people that this board exists, in case any have forgotten).

Well for starters...i suppose we could go through all the threads and make a write up of what was agreed upon...we do have sort of a starter list of rules that were adopted that Ace created. The board for us to place voting results in.

I will be removing inactives next week.
Holidays have passed, and I understand all can be during during that time- they have passed, my leniency ends. ;)

Everyone agreed to be active. So, now I will be enforcing that. =)
Yes, having "responsibilities," and being true to your word is tough. Hence why I limit myself.
