Eric hasn't given a direct vote, but said "1 challenge per player," so I'm going to guess that's a vote to allow Trev to challenge, which just makes a 2-1 a 3-1. I believe Gen or I posted early in this thread that Trev was allowed to challenge. Unless Eric makes a more specific vote and forces a tie and further deliberation.

Refer to the Edo Tensei rules regarding Bijuu. I don't believe you can host, but you can still have a Bijuu as a summon, thus eligible for one challenge.

Unless the other Council members want to vote on it.
