Should an IC hunt be included in the Biju Rules? [Vote]

The title pretty much says it all, but functionally, this is the vote thread for this discussion:

Post your vote ONLY. If you want to discuss, go to the discussion thread. Votes are counted by posting here in this thread. This vote shall be open for a week. Since it's starting to slate in the evening for US East, then round up to the next day. So the vote will go till November 2, 2016.

1) Yes, IC hunt should be included in the Biju Rules. Actual rules to be put in a different matter altogether.

2) No, IC hunts should not be included in the Biju Rules. IC hunts will not be mentioned in the Biju Rules, so IF someone wants to take a biju IC, it is treated as if someone is going after a Claimed Item until further notice.

If a majority does not want IC hunt rules, then there will be no IC hunt rules. No need to make rules for a concept if it is is put down while still general.

By a close vote of 4-3, IC hunt rules should be included in the biju rules at some point. Still very much pending on what those rules will turn out to be.
