It's just that it was kinda the same thing, can you do it before you master the bijuu or not. If you want to make a separate topic that works too.

It's an after mastery yes. Though, if you do use the clones to gather Natural Energy, slip into using Biju Chakra and then dispel the clone that could be a way to use it beforehand.... I'm just gonna go with the after mastery yes.
