So...I'm not 100% positive of this, but is there really no link to http://shinobilegends.com/ anywhere on the forum? I would just expect there to be. In case someone comes along the forums and wants to get involved. I know the forum name is pretty self-explanatory. Some people however are oblivious to such things. Could you add a nice sized link to the site in the top right? That's where most space is..

Haven't we already tried the war idea? I think all it leads to is more rp stall and fighting. How about you take out the 'vs' part between each village? Make it cooperative, like said.

Have village A and village B collaborate ninja's to go after objective 1. Then to maybe spice up this little unity you have a squad of rouge ninja attack? (Rouges being controlled by others)

We could even dwell into creating our own back stories for things such as the Kaguya clan. That clan has very little show time in Naruto and since a lot use it we could plop it in or something?

I'd agree at limiting Living Corpse Reincarnation, not Dead Soul Jutsu though, all that does is let you manipulate a dead body, essentially. Shadow does actually want to ban jutsu, that's a different discussion entirely.

Another option I brought up, yes. Do I want to? No. It just seems like no side will budge. We could however have the people who 'claim' these techs to sit down and make rules that we all agree upon? They did do it with Edo, I guess it worked?

So with a tech like the Raiton Armour thingy.

Back to the battle royal idea. Those really are the only two options I see with a tech like this that is OP and everyone claims.

Have someone go kill them off or make it to where no one can use it.

Once a person claims it and then 50 other people claim it do we have them fight over it. The last one standing being the official 'holder' of said jutsu? That's really how claims are made, no?

We should just have one big battle royal with everyone on SL in it and the winner gets all the jutsu.

I'm down for that.

I feel like this goes against what we are trying to do right now. I don't like the idea of banning jutsu because they are strong. I'd be happy to work with anyone on any jutsu to help think of rules to make them more fair.

That's where the issue comes in. Some people don't want to have restrictions put on a jutsu they use. Seeing as how making rules for a jutsu takes damn near forever. (Example Edo) Banning would be easier.

I'm rather upset that, "I'm too lazy to do anything else." is your logic here. Most of the strongest jutsu are already claimed and I don't think we'd have to make rules for all of them.

I'm not lazy. I'm just going over another option. All of the other options that were tried have been met with opposition and were discarded. Probably like this one will be, but we really do need to figure out a way how to control rp more.

From what I know only Bocc and I have claimed to know that technique.

From what you know being the operative part of that sentence. What will you do if 15 more people say they have that jutus and just never used it?

Allow it? I never 'claimed' it. If others have it good for them?
