Once upon a time in the land of SPAMANIA(Name subject to change....)
There was someone being chased by a vicious axe murderer.
 

The story goes about how this all came to be.
It started with catching chickens for some bizarre reason that I cannot think of at the moment.



It was easy until the chickens hired mercenaries.

 
To protect them.

The villagers were shortly there after unable to catch any chickens.
 

They then decided to hire their own mercenaries whatever use they'll be...
 

Ah screw this.

Village Square / Invention of the poke-dex, I mean Ninja-dex

If everyone has read this http://forum.shinobilegends.com/index.php/topic,8307.0.html and agreed that we should make a ninja-dex(Bingo Book).
There should be rules:
This is the only electronic the device in the SL universe ever or for the next 3 years.
There will be no hacking of the ninja-dex and adding fake info on to it.
It is chakra powered and has no battery.
It's updated through unknown means.
Ninja-dex cannot be created by anyone and should be bought at Jiseigakure and one should rp buying one.
You can't have a super ninja dex that knows everyone, it should only known people in your village and if you are in war the other's village.
If you want information on a village and it's people go to Jisei IC and ask for the info and buy it.


These are just my thoughts.
Comment, give your own ideas whatever.

It would take forever though. Electronic update via chakra-wifi would be better.

It does not have to be electronic. It can be transfered via seal.
e.g.
NPC dude receives info and sends it to every shinobi of their village via communication seal...
That way one can at least know the description of certain people and some of their abilities.

Mission HQ would probably be a good place to start. After all, this information would need to be gathered, after all. I would consider this like, what, a C-ranked mission to gather information for a global bingo book?

I am pretty sure it would have to be updated regularly in order to be totally accurate, regardless of whether there is a sort of internet or not.

Yeah. I like that.
We can just regularly post a mission to get the BB(BINGO BOOK) updated.

I used to put everyone who pvp'd me in the bingo book when I was a greenhorn acad. Then this girl messages me and is all like, "how come you put me in the bingo book??" I had no idea it was not private. I was just making a list of people I wanted to pvp. lol

I did the same.

I have never been a jinch or ever challenge someone for a tailed beast, but still this is kinda wrong in my opinion..
I don't know is Desare is stronger than Belphegor but it's unfair if he is stronger.
If this turns out to be alright with the mods and other people. Then I propose that Machina is to be able to challenge Desare since he owns the beast now and the cooldown is with Belphegor.
 Though does Desare have a grace period now?
If so then I propose that it's a illegal to give a tailed beast to alts since then they could just keep passing it on.
Having a grace period forever......
