I basically say, do whatever you want. You're the leader of the land of Iron, if you want to import ninja and then gradually teach them samurai ways, I say go for it. Ultimately everything falls upon you, direction of the clan, components, members, etc.

So, go with what you think is best, and ignore the rest

Along with what Rai said, Tau made it so you couldn't use Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu by use of this special Poison, Acid, and his Sharingan. So basically you either ran from everything or gave up >__> he also had some water jutsu that made chiggers barely visible to the naked eye and they exploded with the force of a cherry bomb and he claimed it was a one-hit KO.

I don't want to live on this planet anymore T.T

I personally don't see why not, though I'll pose this question to help you.

Does the dogs ability come from the rinnegan, or is it his own as a summon?
I mean, Pain's other creatures didn't do it and why is that? Maybe because it's the dogs ability in general and has nothing to do with the animal path.
So basically does the regeneration come from the rinnegan or dog? If rinnegan then go ahead and claim other animals, if the dog then no.

But like I said, I personally don't care and encourage you to go for it.

Well a thought popped into my little mind on how the killing thing could be abused. Say the jinchuriki is losing and just to spite you kill him/her self. All that hard work, just for the host ending it all doesn't at all seem fair to me.

Well. shouldn't any rules made so far not be official until the new council votes on it? (Talking about the new revised rules and not the very old ones) Any way, I still disagree on it going to its previous village. As Quest brilliantly said, it should go back to the council. I see no reason why the village should get it back.

I also agree that death shouldn't  matter when getting a biju, though I'll save my arguments when and if this topic comes up in the council, as either I'll say it, or send it to a council member to say it for me,
