XCOM 2,Far Cry Primal,No Man's Sky,Mafia 3 and Total War Warhammer
Other worthy mentions would be the new Naruto game and the new Deus Ex game.

For games that will be released later this year,
Fallout 4,Anno 2205 and AC Syndicate (hope they won't fail this one like the last one,otherwise it might kill the franchise)

Also something i forgot to say,what i see as the Sage's Chakra is Senju+Uchiha+Juubi powers.Because Asura is a direct descendant,he probably was influenced by the Juubi's chakra,similar to how Naruto and his children have those whiskers and it would also explain why Naruto and Hashirma,both Asura's descendant's did not have the TSB or a battle avatar like Asura.

For Toneri and Hamura,they awakened the Tenseigan,which did allow them to use the TSB,but the Tenseigan allows you to use all 5 elements and Deva Path (similar to the Rinnegan) and the special Chakra Mode (similar to the Sage Mode)..so yeah..they were also both aliens,if that matters to anyone..

Asura was a direct descendant of the Sage and did not even need any Uchiha powers to use the TSB,so i don't know..But the Sage "blessed him with his power (Six Paths Chakra) and made him the successor to Ninshū." so i think that had something to do with it.

I mean,anyone can use whatever they want i guess,it's just that i don't see this as being a Sage Mode only thing because you either need access to all the 5 elements (Rinnegan/Tenseigan) or the Sage's chakra,which i don't see being just Uchiha + Senju,because like i said, Madara did not have anything similar to Naruto or Sasuke powers after meeting the sage.

Finally,i would also like to add this,"By drawing on the power of the tailed beasts, Naruto enters a second state and dons something similar in appearance to his Tailed Beast Mode cloak.This second state granted Truth-Seeking Balls, further enhanced Naruto's abilities and his Tailed Beast Mode avatar " and "Jin no Sho does not state whether the chakra of the tailed beasts is a component of the Six Paths Sage Mode, but the chakra is stated as such in Shikamaru Hiden: A Cloud Drifting in Silent Darkness. It is not known if this was a mistake from the novel."

But like i said,do what you want,i just wanted to add my opinion for the TSB since i was not active during that time and people were talking a bit about it here.

Regarding the Truth Seeking Balls,i can't see having either Sage Mode or Rinnegan as a requirement or anywhere it says only Sage Mode users can have them.

Obito did not have the Rinnegan and Sage Mode.
Madara did not have Sage Mode.
Naruto did not have the Rinnegan.

However,what they all had in common was the fact that they all absorbed the chakra of all 9 tailed beasts AND the chakra of the Sage of Six Paths.Well Madara and Obito skipped that bit,but they had to juubi instead,while Naruto had to befriend all Tailed Beasts which allowed him to use their chakra and unique abilities.Just combining Senju + Uchiha will not work due to the fact that Madara did not have any powers over the Yin and Yang as shown by Naruto (healing Gai) and Sasuke (his purple colored raiton similar to Madara's while he was in juubi mode).

So for anyone to use them,either go the Naruto or Madara way or become like Hagoromo and have Rinnegan+Sage Mode.
Just to add from the wiki "Six Paths chakra can be acquired from Hagoromo directly or by combining the chakra of his sons - Indra and Asura - to form the Rinnegan.",it's not just something for Sage Mode users only or Rinnegan users only,you need both. (also since the Rinnegan is the one that gives you  control over all the 5 elements and improved (not to say perfect) control over the Yin-Yang release)

I for one find it quite ironic that the pool is almost 50% for both options.It just sums up the community which can never really agree on something and resolve it,especially when it comes to the beasts.

I think everyone should be allowed to do what they want at this point,be it amend the rules or void the bijuu.

The way i see it,there have,maybe,always been 2 groups,those that like the bijuu and those that don't.
If the voiding option passes,they only group related change is that some might switch "camp" and those that disliked the bijuu would have it their way for the first time...Unless maybe you refer to the people that might still use them even if they are voided? That's just down to personal preferences,i for one dislike some of the filler jutsus that are on the claimed list and wouldn't want to continue to RP with someone using them in a fight.But nobody can force anyone on how to RP here,so yeah...

Sorry to come out of the woodwork,but i don't really see how voiding them could cause more problems/fights than there are already. If anything,i think trying and voiding them for a few months to see how things work is the best option.

The rules have changed so many times and yet,here we are again,with most people voting to change them,again...it just sounds like the perfect definition of insanity...doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Than again,that is my opinion,the majority will decide what happens.

Also,doubt Oro can control the Hokage,since Madara knew the hand seals to the jutsu,the Hokage must know of them too.Also since the Second created the jutsu.

I didn't really read everything posted here,but i really can't see what's the problem or what "extra-rules" are added.

I don't  like people that claim an item just because they were the first ones that said "MINE" when it appeared and then never fight  for it just so nobody else can have said item.So,maybe forcing people to RP and whatnot isn't nice,but keeping items just so other people can't have them despite having more skill and power than their current user isn't nice either.

An easy way to solve that problem is for people that claim canon items also accept challenges for them or if they don't want to fight,just give the weapon to someone that wants,since they are not using the item anyway.There are always exceptions to this,like if the owner is away for a short period of time or has a really good reason not to fight.

On the other hand,there are people that hoard items just for the sake of gaining more power,despite already having lots of other powerful jutsus/items.So maybe we can set a limit to how many stuff someone can claim at a time (including items/jutsus claimed by alts).

Also i can't see how "rules" can really affect your RP.Some rules are really good,otherwise we would have people with 7 natural elements,5 KGs,1 KT,countless of very powerful jutsus and a huge load of chakra. (well people like this already exist).Each char should have it's limits and weaknesses. Of course nobody forces no one to follow this rules (i have seen acads claiming KGs,KTs,etc. fighting in the zone and nobody started shouting at them or calling them names),but they shouldn't feel hated when other people that follow the rules don't want to RP with them.
I mean,i only joined SL for a year and i didn't find it that hard to respect some rules and use common-sense.Of course i am not perfect either,as i also have some things that wouldn't be possible in the Narutoverse,but i do try not to exaggerate my powers.

PS: While creating your own custom item sounds like a good idea,we will just have 10 [insert weapon name here] carried around by various people and all canon weapons will lose their uniqueness.Not to mention that people can and will use the powers of different canon swords and combine them into one OP sword.

I am just using it for that fight since we didn't really get at any understanding on how someone should awaken the Rinnegan  (atm i am just going for what the manga said,EMS + Senju DNA) and after that fight i will continue leveling and hopefully something that everyone accepts will be set up.

Tho if we continue the way it is,the Rinnegan will only be usable by people with a high number of resets,which could solve the problem of over-usage(tho i kinda disagree that Rinnegan is overused) and we will either have more Sage Mode users or people who don't want to level anymore and are stuck with an unusable Rinnegan reset.

I don't mind people that already reseted in Hyuuton or Hyuuga prior to the latest chapter be able to use Rinnegan.

So just like organ transplants irl,one can have EMS from someone who is not family,of course the chances of the transplant to fail are also higher.

Also,Madara  did unlock the Rinnegan near death,but there are already a lot of things in SL that wouldn't be possible in the manga.
Like people claiming more than 1 KG,claiming to know more than 10-20 jutsus or having more than 2 affinities and learning new jutsu or training their speed without months of RP,just to name a few.

Also people that can use Sage Mode/Hachimon/Kaguya/etc. are extremely rare.
