I believe yondaime was, he mastered the fyuuki no jutsu (I think that's how you spell it) to summon shinigami.

Well with the info I have..

Yondaime shall defeat all..Including Baluski(Anyone can defeat Baluski...Just point a sun lamp at him :P)

Yondaime is a genius ninja and still is..He will not be defeated.. :)

well lets see, baluski is a mod, yondaime is a kage.. hmmm there both intellegent and strong, one kills penguins and the other fought the kyuubi both in which are really strong so fair game
