I think that Shinobi Legends should allow the characters to use their Jutsu's when they are battling other players like "slay other Players" i mean whats the point of having jutsus if you cant even use them against other players? I highly suggest that this be added to the Game.

Using jutsu's too unfair. When you are logged out, you cannot use jutsu's if someone attacks you, so they aren't going to make it easy for the attacker, that would just be fustrating...

I have to agree with everyone else here.  When you decide to slay another player, you are taking a chance of getting slayed yourself. Therefore, by letting one use any jutsu, that would provide the attacker with an unjustified safety net, just in case the person he or she is attacking is stronger than first thought. Once again, it goes back to balance. If you want to use your jutsu, you can still use it in the arena though.

Yes, and also something I forgot to add before: People already have the advantage of slaying 5(or 4?) DK's under them. You already have that advantage, which is almost a sure win for you, do you really need another advantage over the person you are attacking?

with jutsu = 60% of academy student winning.

Jutsu in pvp = bad!

Even PerfectFlaw will go down if his opponent can use jutsu, exspecially medical ninjutsu. The attacker already have the advantage of getting extra hitpoints before they attack. Giving them jutsu will make PVP down-right dirty > <
