When you feed your mount, you have a chance of it being poisoned and turning against you. For example (using Gamatatsu):
Feed your Gamatatsu-> Merick gives some food to your Gamatatsu.
You immediately see that something is wrong with your loyal friend. It looks wild and angry and is foaming
at the mouth. You back away slowly. You turn around to see if Merick can stop it from killing you, but he
has disappeared. Suddenly, Gamatatsu can hold back no longer and attacks you! (10% chance)
You have encountered Rabid Gamatatsu who lunges at you with Claws and Teeth!
Victory: Gamatatsu faints from exhaustion. Worried, you think about heading to Bertold's to see if he can fix your mount.
Defeat: Your Gamatatsu runs off, leaviing you to die.
Head to Bertold's-> (Go to Bertold's in Sand Country, lose a travel)
Bertold tells you that he can cure your Gamatatsu for 2 gems and 1500 gold. You gladly pay the fee. (45% chance)
Bertold shakes his head and tell you the worst news that you have ever heard. (5% chance, lose mount)
Bertold tells you that your Gamatatsu will be better with some rest. (50% chance, you lose mount for the day)
Go home and rest your Gamatatsu-> After a short rest, your Gamatatsu is as lively as ever! (50% chance)
Your Gamatatsu is severly weakened. (25% chance, half the rounds for a number of days)
Your Gamatatsu never wakes up. (25% chance, lose mount)
