or could it mean that, since Madara was the first to have Mangekyo... tobi has it too, and is refering to it as Madara's power since he devloped it? just a theory. Cause Madara would be ancient by now, wouldnt he?

In wikipedia they say that obite is most likely uchiha madara, or a close relative.

konoha is less than 100 years old << (1st and 2nd were around when 3rd was just a kid and those two created konoha)

therefore the clans of it cant be that much older (they maybe got 50-ish years on konoha)

people can live to be around 130 or more ya know .-. (if they stay healthy)

and madara wasnt "the first" uchiha >>

its not confirmed

therefore......

madara may still be alive

also look at sasori
 
he hadnt aged at all in 20 years....

maybe madara figured out a way to do something similar?

Another Obito=Tobi theroy

Obito hit his head realy hard and lost his memory. He heard the name Tobi somewhere and thought that it was his name.

He bumped his head yet again and somehow regained his memorys.

Obito is a close relitive of Madara (like Shukaku said) or his recarnation and thats why he said

All I'm saying about Madara is that he probablly wasnt even young when he got Mangekyo. Tobi is describe as being very young by Zetsu. Another theory of mine is that madara may be doing a sort of Oro style body switch
