well..........

madara COULD have learned a more stable version of orochimaru's jutsu.... or learned a way to transfer his powers to a new vessel with the sharingan AND control it...

Ok, back on topic. The name of the Akatsuki leader is Pein, right? We all know who Tobi is, right? How could Pein be Naruto's dad? Pein apparently has some kind of Kekkei Genkai (note the creepy spiral eyes), Naruto doesn't have this ability. Unless it's a jutsu that anyone could learn, woudn't Naruto have displayed this blood line limit jutsu (doesn't have to be on purpose) earlier on? Say, when fighting Haku? Or the demon brothers? I don't think that the Akatsuki leader could be Naruto's old man. Just doesn't seem possible.
