No Raikiri is bigger and more powerful, Raikiri is an S-rank move, Chidori is A-rank. Raikiri is a bigger version of Chidori

Rasen-Shruiken is a Forbidden Ninjutsu...the others are not though.
Black Chidori is a Juunin Jutsu - Cursed Seal Jutsu
