Cant transfer some points

For some reason I cant transfer some points. I have 625 points available, but when I wanna transfer some points, it says that I have 25 points to transfer. Alittle help plz?

when you spend points on titles you cant transfer them anymore.

if you changed your title 3 times and earned 25 points you only have those newly earned points to spend
