complete mission 24
I believe you beat single story with sasuke for itachi
then you beat single story with itachi for the water booger...
 ;)

by the way, the game sucks...I prefer the 4th one that was released on gamecube (in japan of course... =__=) - I was able to beat someone in it very badly...not too many full moons ago, now that I think about it...
