I thought this would be a fun little thing to put into the game.

Shikamaru's IQ Challenge:
This would be located in Fire Country. "You walk into a small hut greeted by the snores of a lazy Shikamaru." As you walk in he awakes nearly jumping through the roof! After apologizing you explain the sign out front and accept Shikamaru's IQ Challenge. From hear you would have to pay a 300 gold testing fee. After paying Shikamaru would present you with a set of 10 Naruto based questions. These questions wouldn't be easy, matter of fact they would be extremley difficult. Something only a die hard Naruto fan would know. After finishing Shikamaru would grade your IQ test and tell you the results in point format. The more points you receive the better you did.

After being told how many points you received, you would be able to go to the Hall Of Fame and see how many points you have. The point system would be the same as the Battle Arena. The person with the most points would be ranked #1. No person can take the same test twice! A new test would be posted every few days. At the end of the month the highest scoring player would receive a special prize. Maybe a gem or a few charm points? Note:This event isn't meant for high level prizes but, to see who is the bigger Narutard.

Fillers would be best excluded. As for movies, I am not too sure what to say.

Movies...I'd say yes. Any true Narutard would have watched them.
Although the  bulk of the questions would be from the anime.
Also I was thinking maybe an easy,medium,hard quiz? Each quiz would have different amounts of points.

I think that fillers should be included, a real Naruto fan should have saw all of the episodes, including the filleres
and also the movies.

300 Gold is way too little...it needs to be more hefty, otherwise I can make 10 alts everytime and guess all the answers...

Questions need to be more much unique than that otherwise Google search can make anyone a nautard....

Whoever has to come up with these questions has a very tedious job...

Yes, but if you ask a question like this one;

"Whose zanpatou does Suigetsu Hozuki carries?"

Those who only watched the anime wouldn't know who Suigetsu Hozuki is. Instead of trying to avoid spoliers, it's easier to just leave things that happens after the time skip out.
