Well his cloak is off...yeah he's dead.

Edit: Also weird to see Itachi without his sharingan activated. Also anyone notice Sasuke's eye while in CS2 looks like Orochimaru's now? The one eye.

didnt notice the eye before, and itachi without his sharingan after he left the village is indeed a rare sight.  I want the next chapter already TT-TT

Itachi looks a lot different than the last time his Sharingan was inactive.
Last time, his eyes looked like Sasuke's.

I noticed it too.

Well, this is Kishis way of letting Orochimaru "Live on" inside of Sasuke, and Kabuto.
